1. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA takedown request, your notification must include the following:

2. What Happens Next

Upon receiving a proper DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review and evaluate the claim.

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if appropriate.

  • Notify the user responsible for posting the material.

We reserve the right to reject DMCA notices that do not comply with legal requirements or are incomplete.


3. Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe that content was removed in error or that you have the right to use the material, you may send us a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email.

  • Identification of the content that was removed and its original location.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location and will accept service of process from the original complainant.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action within 10 business days.


4. Repeat Infringers

ZooSkScam.com will terminate access and/or accounts of users who are repeat infringers when appropriate and in accordance with the DMCA.
